Reservations are required to board. We require 48 hour notice, or it will be $50 charge.

Our daycare cancellation policy is in place in order to avoid the scenario where people may cancel their daycare reservation at the last minute, or simply don’t show up. This would not be fair to the people we have turned away.

If a customer does not show for the daycare reservation, or cancels on the same day, there will be $25 charge.

The reservation can be canceled on the customer portal or by sending us an email. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

All Waggy hotel guests must be at least 4 months of age to be admitted for service. At the discretion of Waggy hotel, some pets may not be permitted.
